I am on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients lives easy and carefree. The goal is to match our clients with the perfect services, to match their needs, and budgets.

Executive Summary:

I am an experienced electrical contractor with a strong track record of successful field operations, project leadership, and hands-on expertise across residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical systems as well as design. With the demand for larger and more complex jobs increasing, I am actively seeking to form a strategic business partnership with individuals or entities who bring labor and/or management resources, along with a shared vision for expansion, and who are open to forming a true business partnership—not just a field-level role.

What I’m Bringing to the Table

• 10+ years of field experience and leadership in electrical contracting

• Proven ability to generate work through industry relationships, networking, and bid development

• Deep knowledge of local codes, permitting, and safety regulations

• Established subcontractor connections

• Ability to lead and train new hires, and maintain quality control

• Desire to move beyond the role of Owner/ field supervisor into co-ownership and business strategy Planning

What I’m Looking For in a Partner

I am seeking a partner (or partners) who can contribute in the following areas:

1. Labor and Crew Management Support

   • Help scale operations with reliable teams and qualified electricians

   • Bring experienced supervisors or labor resources to increase our capacity

2. Business Acumen & Operational Oversight

   • Help establish and optimize business processes (estimating, billing, HR, etc.)

   • Take part in strategic planning and financial management, act as second owner

3. Capital or Financial Infrastructure

   • Provide capital investment for payroll, equipment, vehicles, tools, etc. (Until Startup Stabilizes)

   • Help sustain cash flow through growth periods (Until Startup Stabilizes)

4. Growth Mindset & Shared Ownership

   • Not looking to employ or be employed, but to build together

   • All partners have skin in the game and share in risk, responsibility, and reward

Partnership Goals

Together, our partnership would aim to:

• Bid and win larger jobs (commercial build-outs, public works, infrastructure, etc.)

• Build a mid-sized electrical contracting company with strong systems and brand reputation

• Secure long-term service agreements and government contracts

• Establish a self-sustaining business that generates steady cash flow and can eventually scale regionally

Proposed Structure (Open to Discussion)

• LLC or S-Corp Partnership with clear operating agreement

• Initial responsibilities and equity divided based on contributions (capital, labor, clients, management)

• Clear path to profitability with agreed revenue-sharing model

• Option for phased investment or buy-in based on milestones
